New For Dinner at Marigold: Domenico's Chef Menu
Before opening Marigold in 2018, Sofie and Domenico produced a bi-monthly pop-up supper club at their home in Monteverde, called The Eatery in Rome. The dinners hosted a maximum of 12 guests seated around a long table set up in their living room. Each dinner was an expression of their philosophy for real, simple food prepared with seasonal, sustainable ingredients sourced locally.

The dinner invitation alluded to the menu but guests didn't discover what the courses were until they arrived. When you appreciate and enjoy everything that comes from someone's kitchen, there's little risk in allowing him to lead you for dinner.
In this same spirit we created the chef menu, a five-course tasting menu conceived by Domenico in the moment, available for dinner on Friday and Saturday at Marigold.
Domenico will create your tasting menu from a mix of dishes either from the à la carte dinner menu and special off-the-menu dishes he creates in the moment.
The chef menu is €50 per person (subject to change) and available for the whole table. Consult our natural wine list for wines available by the glass and bottle.
