Welcome to the :: new :: Marigold blog, aptly named after our beloved Scratch Paper, a medium we use a lot around here.

We make our order pads from old menus and send notes to the kitchen on scratch paper. It's what we use to leave notes for teammates in the shift or as a reminder about a new procedure. It's also where we jot down our best ideas for new menu items, events, and promotions. So now we're just extending the concept to share with all of you.

Keep a careful eye on this space as each week we'll keep drop notes to highlight new menu items, event invitations, and special promotions.
